spacious room convenient location detailed instructions excellent management
I found the room spacious. It included a fridge and kettle, a plus for enjoying tea and coffee! Restaurants and shops were so close, made everything convenient. I received detailed check-in instructions, ensuring I could easily locate the reception in the adjacent building. The hotel management has was really good!!!
It wasn't overwhelming, however.

genuine understanding first floor quadruple room
The staff displayed genuine understanding when I had a leg injury. They accommodated me on the first floor upon my return visit. I also received a quadruple room instead of the double room I booked due to my situation. The service was excellent.
The same key opened both the front door and the room door, somewhat concerning.

old towels stale smell
the location was acceptable, close to town and major transport links.
the room require a update badly, with old and hard towels and bedding. i also noted a stale smell in the room, that was unpleasant. this place did not met my expectation.

the location was quite good. i could reach tourist spots and the train station easily. the beds were comfortable. the building had a really nice vibe.

Superb Stay, A Truly Nice Experience!!!
really good understanding lower floor quadruple room
The staff demonstrated really good understanding when I had a leg accident. They accommodated my request for a lower floor room due to my injury. Upon our return, they placed us on the first floor. We had booked a double room. we were given a quadruple room because of availability and my needs. I give them a 10/10 for the help and perfect service.
The key operated both the front door and the room door, which seemed a bit strange. The security seemed a little compromised, since all rooms could be opened with the same key.
